Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

O Denim AB accept returns of all orders within 14 days from receiving your order. We will charge 49 SEK for all returns, the amount will be deducted from your refund. 

To return an order pls send an email to: customercare@odenim.se with your order number and a brief comment about why the product didn't match your expectations. Then use the prepaid return label included in your shipment. All items returned must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags attached, including original packing materials.

Once we receive your return and all of above conditions are met, the return will be processed. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as the payment was made.

EXCHANGE

O Denim offers free return of all exchange within 14 days from receiving your order. To exchange your order to a new size - pls send an email to: customercare@odenim.se with your order number and the new size wanted and we will, if we have stock left, reserve the jeans for you. Then use the prepaid return label included in your shipment for your exchange. When we have received you exchange we will proceed and process the exchange and ship your new item.

All items returned must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags attached, including original packing materials.

Once we receive your return and all of above conditions are met, the exchange will be processed. You will receive an email and the new size will be shipped.

CLAIMS

We check all garments carefully before shipping them to you

But in case your jeans somehow is defected anyway - you may be entitled to a claim.

Please contact us by sending a mail to: customercare@odenim.se with "CLAIMS" as subject. In your mail you should include your order number, a clear description of the defect and pictures showing the product and the defect.

We will contact you after processing the claim and it may take up to 14 days.
